STAGED HOME OFFICE

Step One: Reach out to tH@sIQHS.COM or call (480)-241-8978. Please be sure to include:

  • Name

  • Best communication method

  • Property Location

  • Square footage of home

  • How many rooms to be staged

  • Link to the home if available

  • Information about the home such as recent updates or color changes

  • Date of desired staging

Step Two: Consultation, Contract, and Scheduling

Our clients can expect to receive a same-day quote with time permitting (SIQHS will either visit the home in person, or collect sufficient information through the provided home-link)

After the staging contract is signed, sit back and let the Sell-It-Quick Home Staging team take care of the rest!

Step Three: De-staging

Once the property is under contract, please contact us with an estimated date of COE (Close of Escrow) We will tentatively schedule de-staging and confirm as it draws closer. We realize that dates will fluctuate and we strive to make all accommodations.
