Full Staging: Sell It Quick Home Staging will provide appropriate furniture, furnishings, and accessories to beautify each room being staged.

Light Staging or Soft Staging: Sell it Quick Home Staging will provide accessories, greenery, and wall art to help warm and give the home some "life".

Combination Staging: Sell it Quick Home Staging will provide a combination of  fully furnished staged rooms as well as  rooms with light staging only. An example of this would be full staging of the main living spaces and light staging of a master retreat, bathrooms, and kitchen.

We stage as little or as much to suit our clients' needs.

Staging Consultation and Action Plan

typically, A Consultation is a 60- minute appointment where Sell It Quick experts will consult and provide useful recommendations for the homeowner to implement so the home will show well when it hits the market.

An Action Plan is the summary and recap of what was discussed in the consultation. We strive for a 24 hr. turn around  for completion of the action plan; and send to both the homeowner and the realtor, if applicable. The action plan is very empowering and easy to follow with its room by room bullet point format. We have helped hundreds of homeowners with the action plan and their homes show amazingly well! This a very affordable option for sellers that will be occupying the home while it is on the market.

Design and Redesign
